Reaching for a Higher Education.

The Essence of Success Scholarship was created by the Omega Beta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated to encourage, support, and assist female students currently enrolled as a Senior in High School at Prince Edward County. The Omega Beta Zeta chapter strongly believes in the right to education, and for that right to be exercised by high school students, particularly young ladies, who have chosen to actively pursue a degree post-secondary education.

Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, & Finer Womanhood are principals that make up the foundation of not only the organization of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, but that also constructs the foundation of a strong, education woman. The Essence of Success Scholarship intends to promote scholarship amongst high school students, encourage young females to apply for college, and to instill the true essence of what it means to be successful.
